Nick Arthur, President
Nick Arthur specializes in the acquisition, entitlement, and development services for residential and commercial real estate projects. Nick assists real estate developers with equity and debt sourcing as well as the disposition of properties. His previous experience includes the acquisition and development of single-family housing, R&D, and industrial land in Southern California. While serving as Southern California Division President of a large public company, he assisted the CEO at managing five home building divisions in the U.S. and Canada. He has developed over 3,000 single-family homes in Southern and Northern California, Arizona, Texas, and Canada.
Scott Wissbaum, Director
Scott Wissbaum has over 13 years of real estate acquisition, development, and finance experience. His experience includes proactively originating, underwriting, securing, structuring, and managing debt and equity investments across a broad range of real estate product types nationwide. His strengths include financial structuring and investment analysis. Mr. Wissbaum holds an MSRE from the University of San Diego and a BS in finance and economics from the University of Oregon. Mr. Wissbaum is licensed in Washington, Oregon, and California.
Chris Arthur, Director
Chris received his CA Broker’s License in 2009 and specializes in residential development, concentrating on developing affordable and workforce housing. Chris manages the development of projects from inception through completion, identifying and underwriting new opportunities, securing both public and private financing, obtaining entitlements and environmental approvals, and overseeing construction and lease-up. He has over 11 years of multifamily and affordable housing development and financing experience, having worked as a project manager and in acquisitions at Palm Communities, Chelsea Investment Corporation, and now National CORE. Mr. Arthur holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
Julian Arthur, Property Manager
Julian Arthur has been involved in the real estate business in many capacities, from real estate construction to his present position of Property Manager for The Landbourn Company. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Delilah Rivera, Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Delilah Rivera joined the Landbourn team in 2005 as the Office Manager. To help support The Landbourn Company in its real estate endeavors, she got her real estate license and now also serves as the Bookkeeper. After 11 years, Delilah still enjoys the excitement and challenges that surround her job.
